Are your prices per room or per person?
All prices in our website are per room, not per person, except price for extra bed.
When exactly is my credit card debited?
Your card will be debited in the hotel during checkout.
Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel?
You can, but these prices displayed are available only through our service. You will pay for your accommodation directly to the hotel.
Are taxes and breakfast included in your prices?
Yes, both.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you change/cancel any nights on your reservation less than 3 days before your arrival or if you do not show at the hotel, you will be charged a fee that is equal to or may exceed the first night stay.
If you cancel or change any of the nights while you are already at the hotel, you could be charged according to initial reservation.
Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?
Yes. We will make a reservation only when you provide valid credit card information.
Do you offer additional discounts for senior citizens, students, airline employees, etc.?
No. You will find that our prices are already discounted; consequently, we cannot offer any additional discounts.
In what currency will my credit card be debited?
Your card will be debited in local currency. All of our prices are shown in both - EUR and local currency.
What is the difference between "Online" and "On Request" Hotels?
If you book "online" hotels, you will receive a confirmation immediately. If you book among "on request" Hotels, BalticHotels.com will check availability and confirm the reservation within a time period specified in booking terms.
What credit card types are accepted for guarantee/deposit?
The card types accepted for guarantee/deposit will be listed in the hotel description.
Can I specify where I would like my room located (preferred floor, next to pool, etc.)?
If special requests are accepted by the lodging, a section will appear on the Reservation Form to insert such requests and submit them to the hotel. The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special requests. We cannot guarantee that your requests will be granted as they are subject to availability.
What happens when I make a reservation?
Reservation requests will result in a confirmation showing Reservation ID, which should be kept and used with any future correspondence. You may also be quoted a Confirmation Number.
How do I check on my request for a lodging?
Always feel free to contact us with any inquiries regarding your request. For fastest service, please include your "Reservation ID" which you will receive after you submit your booking.
Once I have made my reservation, will I receive any written confirmation from the hotel?
No. The email confirmation you receive from Baltichotels.com is all you will need. It displays your Interactive Reservation ID, the hotel information, the rate and in some cases hotel confirmation number.
Our children will be with us... do they stay free?
Usually children under 12 years of age stay for free in their parent's room using the existing bedding or an extra bed. The age requirement differs depending on the specific hotel's policy. This may be listed on the Hotel Information/Rates page.
Are rollaway beds/cribs available?
Most hotels offer rollaway beds and cribs (at an additional charge). Some may
have restrictions on what room types allow rollaway beds. If special requests
are accepted, a section will appear on the Reservation Form to insert such
requests and submit them to the hotel.
