After room types and rates are returned to your screen, you will be able to choose the rate you desire by reading the room and rate information in the center of the screen, then clicking on the or button on the right side of the screen.
The difference between these two choices is in the confirmation type - in case of "book online" you will get instant confirmation, while in case of "book on request" the confirmation of the room is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed instantly.
After you have selected your desired room type, you will be taken to secure booking form. Then you will need to review the "Accommodation Information" and fill in the blanks on the "Guest Information" section. Be sure your name and email address are spelled correctly.
Kindly also specify room preferences and info regarding other travel services (optional).
Having filled out all the needed information, press the button.
If further correspondence is necessary prior to confirming the reservation, a Customer Care agent will reply back to you with an email within 24 hours on Mon-Fri (excluding weekends and public holidays). In case the hotel is full, alternatives will be offered.
Confirmation
When booking online, you will be provided with an instant confirmation
sent to your e-mail address. Please print it out or write down Booking ID code
and present it at the hotel as proof of reservation and right to pay the
special "Internet only" rate.
In case of booking on request, you will be sent a confirmation or an offer for alternative by e-mail Mon-Fri in 24 hours (weekends and public holidays excluded).
If you have failed to print out the confirmation, please contact us by e-mail
at reservation@baltichotels.com or by telephone +372 6266 233 to settle another way to get the confirmation as without it the hotel may not honour the reservation and special "Internet only" rate.
Payment
All reservations made from this Internet site (also on request reservations) are being guaranteed by credit card. Baltichotels.com enables you to book your accommodation now and pay for it later - directly to the hotel either by credit card or in cash. Your credit card will not be used until 72 hours prior to your arrival at the hotel to check the validity and funds on the card or in case of violating the cancellation terms. In case of insufficiency of funds or expiry of validation you will be contacted by e-mail or phone stated on your booking. In case of no reply, the reservation will be canceled.
The funds and validity check is being made by reserving a sum, equivalent to the cost of your first night's stay, from your card. The reservation will be exempted on your arrival. If you do not check-in on your arrival date - referred to as a No-Show - hotel has a right to apply penalty and your card will be charged.
The credit card information you provide is secure. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connections to ensure your credit card details being always transmitted encrypted over the Internet.
Cancellations and changes of the reservation
To avoid unnecessary charges, please cancel your reservation(s) as soon as your travel plans change. Requests for cancellations must be made by e-mail at reservation@baltichotels.com or by telephone +372 6266 233 to ensure the information being delivered to all the parties involved. Cancellations notified directly to the hotel or other accommodation will not be effective. For cancellations please use your reservation ID code.
Cancellation charges will be applied in relation to the notice period between notification of cancellation and the date of stay. Amendments and changes where EITHER the number of rooms OR the number of nights decreases made later than 72 hours prior to the start of reservation, could be charged in full. The only exceptions to this will be where additional rooms/beds/cots/nights are added to existing confirmed rooms or nights.
All changes and cancellations will be confirmed by e-mail, stating the new total of the reservation with all the possible fees.
